Tickets:    

• All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.    
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.    
• Entry is permitted only with a valid e-ticket or physical ticket issued by the official ticketing platform.
• Re-entry Policy: No re-entry is allowed once guests leave the venue.   
   

• All guests will be subject to security checks at the entrance.
• Management reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items.

Prohibited Items: 

• Outside food & beverages, professional cameras, sharp objects, illegal substances, and any dangerous items are strictly forbidden.        

Behavior:

• Guests must act respectfully towards staff and other attendees. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.      

Liability:

• Event organisers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injury, or damage caused by attendee negligence.

Photography & Media:

• This event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you agree that images and videos may be used for social media and promotional purposes.        

Management Rights: 

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, alter the lineup, or make changes to the event schedule without prior notice.

By car:There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading along Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Road, exiting to Prince Talal Bin Mansour Road, continuing through Obhur and Prince Abdullah AlFaisal Street, making a U-turn, and following Obhur Branch until reaching your destination on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.
