Important Note: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow enough time for check-in.

• Light snacks and beverages 🥤

• Snorkeling equipment: fins, mask, and snorkel

• Diving equipment: weights and tank (for certified divers)

• Snorkeling/dive guide

• Access to marine destinations for swimming, snorkeling, and diving

• Transportation to and from the boat 

• Diving Gear 

• Personal diving gear (BCD, regulator, wetsuit) 

• Diving certification or training 

• Towels and sunscreen 

• Meals beyond light snacks 

• Dry clothes – for changing after swimming or diving

• Towel – to dry off after water activities or sweating

• Sunscreen – to protect your skin from sunburn and harmful UV rays

• Hat or cap – for extra sun protection while on deck

• Sunglasses – to shield your eyes from glare and UV exposure

• Waterproof bag – to store valuables and keep items dry

• Personal diving gear – BCD, regulator, wetsuit (if not renting)

• Valid diving certification card – required for all diving participants

• Camera or GoPro – optional, for capturing underwater memories

• Reusable water bottle – to stay hydrated throughout the trip

• Reservation Policy
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute reservations are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.

• Eligibility
All participants must be legally permitted to travel within Saudi Arabia and must not be subject to travel bans or listed on any government watchlist.

• Late Arrival Policy
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows. The experience will be marked as served, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

• Weather Conditions
In the event of severe weather, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the operator. Mild weather changes (e.g., wind, cloud cover) do not qualify for cancellation.

• Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered based on availability.

• Health & Safety Requirements
Participants must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by marine activities. The operator reserves the right to refuse participation for safety reasons.

• Certified Divers Only
Diving activities are strictly limited to certified divers. Proof of certification may be requested before boarding.

• Liability Waiver
All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating. The operator is not responsible for loss of personal items, injury, or accidents resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions.

• Equipment Use
Guests are responsible for the proper use and return of provided equipment. Lost or damaged items may incur replacement fees.
