18+ Only: Entry is limited for guests aged 18 or older with a valid ID, except during designated family hours (before 7 pm).

Dress Code: Shorts and flip-flops are not permitted to maintain a sophisticated atmosphere.

Reservation policy: Tables will only be held for 20 minutes past the reservation time.

Outside Food and Beverage: Brining food or beverages from outside is not allowed.

Minimum charge: A minimum charge of 100 SAR applies from Saturday to Monday, and 150 SAR for dining and 150 SAR for gaming from Tuesday to Friday, as well as during public holidays and special events.

Right to refuse entry: Carttel’s management reserves the right to deny entry at its discretion.

Damages: Any damages to gaming equipment may result in full or partial charges to the responsible party.

Behavior policy: Management reserves the right to remove any guest and blacklist them if behavioral complaints are reported by other guests or staff, ensuring the comfort and safety of all.

Footwear: Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes to ensure safety and avoid accidents.

Personal belongings: Personnel of Carttel does not take responsibility for the lost or stollen belongings of the guests.
