Eligibility & Application
Registration is open to teams only.
Each team must consist of 4 to 5 members.
All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
All team applications are subject to review and approval by the Organizer.
Teams will be notified of the application outcome via the registered email address.
Fees & Payment
Registration fees are as follows:
1000 SAR for regular teams
500 SAR for student teams (valid proof is required)
If a team application is rejected, a full refund will be issued.
Once an application is approved, fees become final and non-refundable.
Car Requirements
Maximum Length: 2.5 meters
Maximum Width: 1.8 meters
Maximum Height: 1.8 meters
Maximum Weight: 80 kg (excluding driver)
Allowed drivers: One driver only
Cars must be 100% non-motorized and powered by gravity only.
Safety & Inspection
Safety is a top priority.
Certified helmets are mandatory.
All cars are subject to technical and safety inspections.
The Organizer may disqualify any car that fails to meet safety requirements.
Schedule & Compliance
Teams must comply with inspection, training, and race schedules.
Delays or violations may result in disqualification.
No modifications are allowed after final inspection without written approval from the Organizer.
Judging Criteria Teams will be evaluated based on the following: Speed (recorded track time): 40% Innovation & execution quality: 40% Live crowd vote: 20%
All judging decisions are final and non-appealable.
This replaces the previously listed 20% engineering & safety criteria.
Media, Liability & Rights
Participants consent to photography and media use for promotional purposes without compensation.
Participation is at the team’s own risk. The Organizer bears no liability arising from non-compliance with the rules.
Organizer Rights & Acceptance
The Organizer reserves the right to interpret or amend these terms and to disqualify teams for safety or operational reasons.
By completing registration, teams confirm full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
