1- Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing a ticket and attending the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase Tickets may be subject to additional fees, taxes, or charges. Tickets must be purchased through official channels only (Platinumlist or the organizer). Tickets obtained through unofficial sources may be considered invalid.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the line-up, schedule, or venue when necessary. In case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be informed, and refunds will be processed in accordance with the organizer’s refund policy.

4. Ticket Transferability Tickets are transferable as long as they have not been used or scanned and the holder is not listed on the event Blacklist.

5. Entry Requirements Entry is strictly 18+ only. Valid ID or proof of purchase may be required at the entrance. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue. Access is only through official entry gates. Inappropriate or indecent clothing is strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not complying with the dress code, even if holding a valid ticket.

6. Code of Conduct Attendees must respect all instructions issued by event staff and security. Disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in misconduct without compensation.

7. Blacklist Policy Individuals listed on the Blacklist by Galo Beach management or Octania Entertainment will be denied entry, even if holding a valid ticket. The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person deemed inappropriate, without explanation and without any financial liability.

8. Liability & Waiver Attendance at the event is at the attendee’s own risk. The organizer accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, personal losses, or damage to property within the event premises. By purchasing a ticket, attendees waive any legal claims against the organizer, partners, or venue.

9. Lost or Stolen Tickets The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Each ticket contains a unique code and allows only one-time entry.

10. Force Majeure The organizer is not liable for event cancellation, postponement, or alteration due to circumstances beyond its control (such as extreme weather, government decisions, natural disasters, or emergencies). In such cases, the organizer will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Security & Inspection All attendees are subject to security checks upon entry. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): weapons, drugs, flammable substances, lasers, and dangerous objects.

12. Photography & Media The event may be filmed and recorded for promotional, media, or marketing purposes. By attending, guests consent to appearing in photos or videos without any financial or legal claims.

13. Seating & Venue Layout The organizer reserves the right to modify seating arrangements or venue layout when necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to attendees in advance where possible.

14. Compliance with Laws Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the ticket and removal from the event.

15. Organizer Rights The organizer reserves the right to update, amend, or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time, which shall take immediate effect upon announcement or publication.

16. Re-entry Policy Leaving the event premises (to car park or outside the venue) and attempting to re-enter is strictly prohibited. Upon exit, the attendee’s wristband will be cut, and the ticket will be considered used. No re-entry is permitted with the same ticket or wristband once exited.

By car: To reach your destination, take Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Rd, merge onto King Saud Rd, at the roundabout take the first exit, then drive straight, and at the roundabout take the first exit and drive straight. Take the King Salman Bridge and drive straight. Turn left in the direction of Dhahban Marine Park, then take a right and left to reach Galu Beach.
