Ticket Use Agreement: By using this ticket, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

• Your online booking ensures access to the venue until 6:00 PM. After this time, any unscanned reservations may be filled by walk-in attendees. Please make sure to arrive before 6:00 PM to secure your spot.
  

• To access the venue you will have to download the Ittihad Mobile app and show an active Ittihad account. The event is only for Ittihad members.

Ticket Terms & Conditions 

• Ticket Holder Responsibilities: Verify event details and download Ittihad Mobile App.
• Security Check: Ticket holders and belongings may be subject to searches. Prohibited items will be confiscated
• Prohibited Items and Behavior:
• At the event, the introduction of outside food and drinks is prohibited. Moreover, weapons, drugs, laser pens, medications without doctor's prescription, horns and loud hailers, non-religious or non-medical face masks and coverings, whistles, fireworks, glass and glass cups, perfumes, aerosol sprays, spray paint, graffiti pens, luggage and bags larger than an A4 paper, large umbrellas, flag poles, shooting/selfie sticks, high-vis bibs, vests, candles, lanterns, folding chairs and tables, professional cameras and recording equipment, drones and animals are all not allowed and prohibited.
• Price Inclusions: All tickets are for free.
  Camera and Video Restrictions: Professional cameras and video recorders are not permitted. Photography and Image Usage:
• Photography and videography are permitted, with the exception of professional equipment and drones, which necessitate prior consent from organizers. By attending the festival, attendees grant the organizer the right to employ images or footage captured during the event for promotional and marketing objectives.
• WRISTBANDS:
• Non-Transferability and Right to Deny Access:
• Wristbands are exclusively designated for a one day use. Also, the wristband is exclusively assigned to the individual specified on the ticket and is strictly non-transferable. The organizer reserves the right to deny access or expel individuals from the festival if their wristbands have been tampered with, removed, or transferred without authorization. Re-entry permit is subject to capacity and defined by the organization.
• Liability: The organizer is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Ticket Sale: Ticket sale is strictly prohibited.
• Removal of Disruptive Attendees: The organizer may remove disruptive attendees.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the venue; designated areas may be provided. These terms and conditions are binding upon ticket holders and ensure a safe and enjoyable event experience.
