• Last entry time with tickets is 12:00AM, it’s advisable for you to be present at the gates at least 2 hours before the gates closes at 12:00AM at the venue

  The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, program, lineup, or performing artists when necessary. Any changes will be communicated through official channels where reasonably possible. All changes remain subject to applicable laws and regulations, including customers' rights in the event of a material change or cancellation.
  
  

Tickets:    

• All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.    
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.    
• Entry is permitted only with a valid e-ticket or physical ticket issued by the official ticketing platform.
• Re-entry Policy: No re-entry is allowed once guests leave the venue.   
   

• All guests will be subject to security checks at the entrance.
• Management reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items.

Prohibited Items: 

• Outside food & beverages, professional cameras, sharp objects, illegal substances, and any dangerous items are strictly forbidden.        

Behavior:

• Guests must act respectfully towards staff and other attendees. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.      

Liability:

• Event organisers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injury, or damage caused by attendee negligence.

Photography & Media:

• This event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you agree that images and videos may be used for social media and promotional purposes.        

Management Rights: 

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, alter the lineup, or make changes to the event schedule without prior notice.

By car:There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading along Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Road, exiting to Prince Talal Bin Mansour Road, continuing through Obhur and Prince Abdullah AlFaisal Street, making a U-turn, and following Obhur Branch until reaching your destination on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.
