By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase

• All ticket prices may be subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and processing fees.

• Tickets are valid only if purchased through authorized sales channels.

3. Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final.

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated by the event organizer.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event date, schedule, program, performers, venue layout, or other event details without prior notice.

• In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and any refund, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Organizer's refund policy.

5. Ticket Transfer
Tickets may be transferred to another person, provided the transfer complies with the ticketing platform's policies and applicable regulations.

6. Entry Requirements

• Attendees must comply with all age restrictions and entry requirements specified for the event.

• Valid government-issued identification and proof of ticket purchase may be required for entry.

• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not meet the entry requirements.

7. Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event.

• Any attendee engaging in disruptive, abusive, illegal, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.

8. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

• Attendance at the event is at the attendee's own risk.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, venue, sponsors, partners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property arising from attendance at the event.

• By attending the event, attendees waive any claims against the Organizer except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Lost or Stolen Tickets
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized copies of tickets.

10. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, modification, or cancellation of the event caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, civil unrest, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

11. Seating & Venue Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify seating assignments, standing areas, venue layout, or attendee placement when operationally necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify attendees of significant changes.

12. Compliance with Laws & Venue Policies
Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, venue regulations, safety requirements, and instructions issued by event staff and security personnel.

13. Photography & Media
By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and live broadcasts may be taken. Attendees grant the Organizer the right to use such recordings for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

14. Security Screening
All attendees may be subject to security screening, including bag inspections and personal searches where permitted by law. Prohibited items may be confiscated, and entry may be denied if security requirements are not met.

15. Final Agreement
By purchasing or using a ticket for the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
