Welcome to Natchi Beach! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone,

all guests must comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Admission & Entry

• Entry is subject to ticket availability and venue capacity.

• All guests must present a valid ticket or booking confirmation.

• A valid government-issued ID may be required upon entry.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies.

• Guests must follow beach staff and security instructions.

2. Operating Days & Admission Prices

• Tuesday & Wednesday — Ladies Only: Female admission SAR 149.

• Thursday to Monday — Open to All: Couples SAR 379 (two guests); Male SAR 324; Female SAR 149.

• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices may change without prior notice. Special events may have

separate prices and conditions.

3. Tickets & Reservations

• Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when

management cancels the booking.

• Tickets are valid only for the selected booking date.

• Re-entry is subject to management approval.

• Tickets may not be resold or transferred without authorization.

4. Dress Code

• Appropriate beachwear and swimwear are required.

• Suitable clothing must be worn in designated dining and common areas.

• Management may enforce the venue dress code.

5. Food & Beverages

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted without management approval.

• Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

• Glass containers are not permitted in pool or beach areas.

• Guests must keep dining and beach areas clean.

6. Safety & Security

• Guests may be subject to security screening.

• Weapons, dangerous items, illegal substances, and prohibited materials are forbidden.

• Swim only in designated areas and follow lifeguard instructions and safety signs.

• Running, restricted-area diving, and unsafe behavior are prohibited.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Guest Conduct

• Respectful behavior toward guests and staff is mandatory.

• Harassment, discrimination, aggression, and inappropriate conduct are prohibited.

• Respect others’ privacy and personal space.

• Damage to beach property may result in additional charges.

• Management may remove guests who violate venue policies, subject to applicable law.

8. Photography & Privacy

• Do not photograph or film other guests without their consent.

• Professional photography, commercial filming, and drone operations require prior approval.

• Stricter filming restrictions may apply during Ladies Only days.

9. Facilities & Beach Equipment

• Sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and other facilities depend on availability and the selected admission

package.

• Use all facilities responsibly.

• Management is not responsible for unattended belongings except as required by law.

10. Weather & Operational Changes

• Activities may be suspended for unsafe weather, sea conditions, maintenance, or operational needs.

• Operating hours and facility access may change when necessary.

• Cancellation refunds or alternatives follow applicable consumer protection requirements.

11. General Policy

• All guests must comply with applicable laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.

• Natchi Beach may update policies when necessary.

• By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
