5. All participants must comply with the safety instructions provided by the crew and event organizers throughout the trip
6. Participation in swimming and marine activities is at the participant's own risk. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate
7. The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
8. Bringing hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden
9. The organizer reserves the right to deny boarding or remove any participant whose behavior threatens the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others, without refund
10. Participants must present a valid original ID or a digital ID through Absher or Tawakkalna upon request
11. All identification documents must be valid and not expired. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the validity of their documents
12. The organizer shall not be liable for any participant who is subject to travel restrictions, suspension of services, legal restrictions, or any governmental limitations preventing participation. No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases
13. Failure to attend the trip for personal, legal, or administrative reasons does not qualify the participant for a refund
14. By attending the trip, participants consent to photography and videography for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes by Wave Wave
15. Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, or transferred without prior approval from the organizer
16. Participants are liable for any damages or losses caused by their negligence, misconduct, or violation of these Terms & Conditions
