• Entry to the indoor parking area (VIP parking) costs 100 SAR per car

By purchasing or using the ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without a refund.

• The ticket is valid only for Bo Bay Galo on the specified date and cannot be reused or exchanged.
• Each ticket is valid for one person only.
• All sales are final—no exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

• The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled in its entirety by the organizer.
• In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Admission is permitted only once through the main entrance.
• The event is for adults only (18+). You must present a valid form of identification (original national ID, driver’s license, or passport) that matches the name on the ticket.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not adhere to the dress code or behave appropriately.
• Formal attire is prohibited.
• Entry may be denied after the event has started—and re-entry is not permitted.

• Resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.
• Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers will be invalid, and the holder will be denied entry without a refund.

• Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, artists, and other visitors.
• Harassment, violence, or illegal activities are not permitted.
• The venue’s rules must be followed at all times.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone who violates these terms without a refund.
• Attendees assume all risks related to injury, loss of property, or theft.

• Weapons, narcotics, outside food or beverages, and professional photography equipment are prohibited.
• Bags may be inspected upon entry.

• By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or videotaped.
• The organizer reserves the right to use photos and videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without the need for additional consent or compensation.
• Personal photography and video recording are permitted for non-commercial use only.

The organizer is not liable for cancellations or modifications resulting from natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or unforeseen events.

Attendees assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, loss of property, or damage occurring during the event.
