1. General

• These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of tickets for events held at Jeddah Yacht Club (JYC).
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all terms outlined below.

2. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated.
• Entry is granted upon presenting a valid digital or printed ticket with a scannable QR code.
• Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• In case the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Entry Requirements

• Access to JYC requires full compliance with all venue security protocols and age restrictions.

• Children under a specified age must be accompanied by an adult (age requirement varies per event).

• Event-specific requirements, such as dress code, must be observed.

5. Conduct & Public Decency

• All attendees must comply with Saudi Arabia’s public decency regulations (لائحة الذوق العام) and the rules of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA).
• Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

6. Photography & Filming

• By entering the event, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording that may be used for promotional or security purposes.
• Personal photography and filming are permitted unless restricted by the event organizer.

7. Event Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event program, performers, schedule, or venue as required.
• Updates, if any, will be communicated through official channels.

8. Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, illnesses, or loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
• Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.

9. Ticket Verification & Fraud

• Tickets must be purchased from authorized platforms only.
• Counterfeit, duplicated, or previously used tickets will not be accepted.
• Any misuse or fraudulent activity will be reported to legal authorities.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading toward Al Hamraa, merging onto Al Andalus Road, continuing straight on King Abdul Aziz Road and its branch, taking the 3rd exit at Al Midaan Al Kora Al Ardiya (ميدان الكرة الأرضية) onto Assalam Street, turning left onto Al Kurnaysh Branch Road, and following it until reaching Twina Yacht Club JYC on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.
