I, the undersigned, pledge to adhere to the policies for using the facilities, swimming pools and water beaches at the (Tuina - Abhur) Resort on my own responsibility, as follows:

• It is necessary to adhere to and comply with the safety instructions stated in this document and on the website and those provided by the resort staff. It is also necessary at all times to adhere to Islamic and social customs and traditions and all laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The resort management has the right to request the departure of any person and prevent him from using the water facilities, swimming pools and water beaches or to close those facilities temporarily or completely and determine their hours of use.

• The use of the swimming pools, facilities and water beaches in the resort is at the responsibility of their users, and the resort, its owners and affiliates are exempt from any accident or emergency.

• Entry is from 8 AM and exit is no later than 3 PM, and breakfast ends at 11 AM. In the event of receiving a chalet, it is delivered at 12 PM.

• All visitors, children and adults, must be proficient in swimming and children, and minors in general, are the sole responsibility of their legal guardians.

• Children are not allowed to swim or be around the facilities, play areas, theaters, swimming pools, water beaches or any part of the resort without the company of their parents and relatives responsible for them.

• They must shower and maintain good health before using the facilities, swimming pools and water beaches. Children who are not proficient in using the bathrooms are not allowed to enter the facilities, swimming pools and water beaches.

• Those who suffer from allergies, infectious or chronic diseases or medical conditions that may expose them or others to danger, such as a cold or flu, wounds that require covering, low blood pressure, heart disease, diarrhea or any other medical conditions, should not use the facilities, swimming pools and beaches and they must consult their own doctor before engaging in any activities that may affect their health or others.

• Appropriate footwear must be worn and walking without it is prohibited inside the resort. It is strictly prohibited to swim or wander around the resort and its facilities without appropriate clothing that meets customs, traditions and public order (shorts and T-shirts).

• Jumping, diving and anything that harms resort visitors are prohibited. Water facilities must be entered from designated places. Any incorrect use is the responsibility of every violator.

• The use of rubber boats, swimming boards and the like is prohibited. It is also prohibited to use any marine or land vehicle powered by fuel or electricity.

• The use of mobile phones, photography, loudspeakers and any other electrical devices is prohibited in or around the facilities, swimming pools and water beaches.

• Any form of eating, drinking or smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the facilities, swimming pools and water beaches.

• It is prohibited to bring animals and pets.

• Personal belongings are the responsibility of their owner and the management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. The resort, its owners and employees are exempted from any complaint, claim, lawsuit or criminal action whatsoever.

• Any violation of the above shall be the responsibility of the violator and he shall bear its consequences alone, including cases of drowning, injuries and death, God forbid. Accordingly, the undersigned shall be.

• Swimming in the open sea is prohibited and the area is not covered by lifeguards and is considered very dangerous. The resort management disclaims all responsibility for any failure to comply with these rules.

• The amount paid is non-refundable.

In the event of an emergency, you must call the emergency number 911 and inform the resort management immediately.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the above and that I am responsible for violating it, whether by myself or my guests, my followers, and everyone who facilitated their entry to the resort, and I pledge to inform them of all of the above to adhere to it.
