1. Ticket Purchase:
Ticket prices may include additional fees and taxes as shown at the time of purchase.
2. Refund & Exchange Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable after purchase except as determined by MTA management.
Any approved refund—if applicable—will be issued only to the original bank account used for purchase; no other refund methods are available.
MTA’s policy does not allow ticket exchanges under any circumstances, and tickets cannot be used for another event.
If the event starts and is then stopped due to weather conditions or an emergency, no refund or exchange will be issued.
3. Event Changes or Cancellation:
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule or cancel the event at any time. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified in accordance with the approved refund policy.
4. Entry Requirements:
Entry is for families only.
Children under the age of 15 are not permitted.
Visitors may be required to present official identification or proof of ticket purchase upon entry.
5. Dress Code & Public Decorum:
Guests must adhere to appropriate attire consistent with the venue’s identity and atmosphere.
Public decency in appearance must be observed.
Transparent, short, or revealing clothing for women is prohibited.
Crop tops or short T-shirts for women are not permitted.
6. Code of Conduct:
All attendees must comply with rules of conduct and public etiquette.
Dancing, gathering, or overcrowding within MTA areas is prohibited.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior is not allowed, and management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the venue.
7. No Trespassing or Vandalism:
Physical or verbal abuse toward staff, performers, or visitors is strictly prohibited.
Vandalizing MTA property may result in legal action and financial penalties as deemed appropriate by management.
8. Security & Safety Procedures:
MTA security management reserves the right to conduct routine searches of visitors prior to entry to ensure safety and security.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for non-compliance with these terms, without any obligation to refund fees.
9. Removal from the Event:
MTA management or security may remove any visitor from the event based on these terms and conditions, with no ticket refund.
10. Lost or Stolen Tickets:
MTA management is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
11. Tampering or Forgery:
Any tampering with, forgery, or reuse of tickets will subject the holder to legal accountability.
12. Disclaimer:
Participation in the event is at the visitor’s own risk.
MTA management is not responsible for any injuries or fatalities—God forbid—while on site.
Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings; visitors are responsible for safeguarding their items.
13. Parking:
Parking is available for visitors. MTA disclaims all responsibility for any accidents or damages related to visitors’ vehicles, whether inside or outside the parking areas.
14. Photography & Recording:
MTA reserves the right to document the event through photography or videography, and such content may be used or published via media or the internet without any liability to management.
15. Force Majeure:
MTA management bears no responsibility for force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the event.
16. Compliance with Laws:
All attendees must comply with the applicable laws and regulations in effect within the event venue
