* In the event of a no-show, the beneficiary is not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid

* If the beneficiary arrives more than 90 minutes late, they are not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid

* If the course requirements or practical exams are not completed, the participant is not entitled to receive any course-related documents, certificates, or licenses

* If the beneficiary fails to comply with the course policies and procedures, they are not entitled to a refund of the course fees

* If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., an additional fee of 100 riyals will be charged for each hour of delay

* The organizing company reserves the right to postpone the course date or change the venue in the event of force majeure or if the minimum number of participants required to hold the course is not met, provided that participants are notified accordingly.

* Trainees are required to bring the following medical supplies: three additional pairs of medical gloves (non-transparent), three additional face masks, plain white gauze, elastic white gauze, plain gauze bandages, and elastic gauze bandages.

* If the required medical supplies are not brought, an additional fee of 75 riyals will be charged at the workshop venue to cover the cost of the supplies.

Consent to Photography and Publication:

No objection to photography or video recording, and consent to the use, sharing, and publication of photos and videos by any party for the purposes of documentation, publication, or media coverage.
