Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets and Admission

1.1 Each ticket is valid for one person only and may not be used by more than one person.

1.2 Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases determined by the organizer and in accordance with applicable regulations.

1.3 The original ticket or e-ticket must be presented upon entry.

1.4 The organizer reserves the right to refuse any ticket that is invalid, has been used previously, or was obtained through unauthorized means.

1.5 Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than that approved by the organizer.

1.6 Admission privileges vary by ticket category, and ticket holders are entitled to enter only the area designated for their category.

1.7 A ticket does not guarantee admission in the event of a violation of the event’s terms and conditions or safety and security instructions.

2. Dress Code

2.1 The event’s dress code consists of black, white, red, and green.

2.2 Adherence to the specified colors is encouraged to ensure a cohesive experience that aligns with the event’s identity.

2.3 Attendees who comply with the dress code will receive two drinks at half price, as specified by the organizer.

2.4 The half-price drink offer applies only to beverages specified by the organizer.

2.5 The organizer reserves the right to determine the duration of the offer, as well as the quantities and types of beverages included.

3. Admission and Verification

3.1 The organizer reserves the right to request identification or any official document to verify the ticket holder’s information, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

3.2 All age requirements or admission conditions announced before or during ticket sales must be complied with.

3.3 The organizer reserves the right to manage the admission process in accordance with venue capacity and security and safety requirements.

4. Prohibited Items

4.1 It is prohibited to bring in weapons, dangerous instruments, or any items that may pose a danger to attendees.

4.2 The bringing in or possession of narcotics or any illegal substances is prohibited.

4.3 Bringing food and beverages from outside the event venue is prohibited, unless permitted by the organizer.

4.4 Professional photography or recording equipment may not be brought in without prior authorization.

4.5 It is prohibited to bring in any items or materials that violate the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the venue’s instructions.

5. Security and Safety

5.1 Security personnel have the right to inspect bags and personal belongings upon entry in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.

5.2 The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person who violates the terms and conditions or security and safety instructions.

5.3 Any aggressive behavior, assault, vandalism, or damage to property is prohibited.

5.4 You must comply with the instructions of the security and organizing teams, use the emergency exits, and not obstruct walkways or evacuation routes.

6. Photography and Media

6.1 The event may be photographed and recorded for media, marketing, and documentation purposes.

6.2 By entering the event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in public photographs or video footage of the event, in accordance with applicable regulations.

6.3 The use of photographs or video footage taken at the event in a manner that is derogatory to the event, the artists, or the attendees is prohibited.

7. Artists and Program

7.1 The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule of acts or performance times in accordance with operational and organizational requirements.

7.2 The organizer reserves the right to replace a participant or modify the program as necessary.

7.3 Artists’ performance times may differ from the announced schedule due to operational or technical circumstances.

8. Cancellation and Postponement

8.1 In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, tickets will be handled in accordance with the organizer’s policy and applicable regulations.

8.2 If the event date is changed, tickets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise announced.

9. Personal Belongings

9.1 Attendees are responsible for their own personal property and belongings within the event venue.

9.2 The organizer shall not be liable for the loss or damage of personal property, except in cases specified by law.

10. Compliance with Regulations

10.1 All attendees must comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the rules and regulations specific to the event venue.

10.2 The organizer reserves the right to take necessary action against any person who violates the regulations or the terms and conditions of the event.

11. General Provisions

11.1 By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, you agree to these terms and conditions.

11.2 The organizer reserves the right to amend or update these terms as needed in accordance with regulatory requirements and the relevant authorities.

11.3 All regulations, requirements, and licenses in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia apply to the event.
