1. Acceptance of Terms

Refunds are only available if the event is canceled by the organizer.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.

The organizer reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel the event in case of emergencies.
Ticket holders will be notified of cancellations by email or phone, and the amount will be refunded.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted.
Reselling the ticket may result in its invalidation without a refund.

Proof of purchase must be shown upon entry.
Age restrictions apply 18+ Minors are not allowed.

Harassment, violence, or illegal activities are not permitted.
Venue rules must be followed (e.g., no smoking).
The organizer has the right to remove anyone who violates the rules without a refund.

Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.

Weapons, outside food and beverages, professional cameras, or prohibited materials are not allowed.
Bags may be inspected upon entry.

Personal photography is allowed (for non-commercial use only).
Professional recording requires prior written approval.

All attendees must comply with all local laws and regulations.
Authorities will be notified of any violations.

A ticket grants the holder one-time entry to the event or party.
Re-entry after leaving is not allowed for any reason.

16. Photography and Media Usage

By purchasing or using a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. The organizer reserves the right to use any photos, videos, or recordings containing the attendee for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes related to the event or the brand across all media platforms, without requiring any additional consent or compensation.
