1.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.    

2.⁠ ⁠Ticket Purchase & Validity
• Tickets are valid only on the specified date and cannot be reused or exchanged.
• One ticket admits one person only.
• All sales are final — no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
• Prices may include applicable taxes or service fees.
• The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.    

3.⁠ ⁠Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Tickets are non-refundable except in case of full event cancellation by the organizer.
• If canceled, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
• The organiser reserves the right to modify or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.    

4.⁠ ⁠Entry Requirements
• Entry is allowed only once through the main gate.
• This is a strictly 18+ event. Valid photo ID (original national ID, driver’s license, or passport) matching the ticket name is required.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to public decency, behaviour, or dress code.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry after the show starts — no re-entry permitted.    

5.⁠ ⁠Ticket Resale & Transfer
• Ticket resale or transfer is strictly prohibited.
• Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers will be invalid, and entry will be declined without refund.    

6.⁠ ⁠Conduct & Safety
• Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests.
• Zero tolerance for harassment, violence, or illegal activities.
• Venue rules must be followed at all times.
• Organizers may remove anyone violating these terms without a refund.
• Attendees assume all risks related to injury, property loss, or theft.    

7.⁠ ⁠Prohibited Items
• No weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, or professional recording equipment are allowed.
• Bags may be searched at entry.    

8.⁠ ⁠Photography & Media Consent
• By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed.
• The organizer reserves the right to use such photos or videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.
• Personal photography and videos are allowed for non-commercial use only.    

9.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure
• The organiser is not liable for cancellations or modifications caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.  

10.⁠ ⁠Liability Waiver
• Attendance is at your own risk. The organiser and venue accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages sustained during the event.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading on Palestine Road toward Abtal Falastin, turning right onto Khaled Ibn Al Walid, then turning again onto As Sayyidah Aishah, where the destination is on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.    

By public transportation: For the shortest walking distance, take bus L7 to the Al-Sharafiya 3C bus stop, followed by a five-minute walk.    

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
