Platinumlist.net is an online event guide and innovative ticketing solutions provider that has been operating in the Gulf region for over a decade (2009). The client has grown to be the largest provider in the GCC servicing events in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and Lebanon.

Platinumlist provides ticketing solutions for the following sectors:
  • Entertainment events large and small
  • Business events, event visitor registration services, and badging
  • Sport events
  • Football
  • Triathlons and Runs
  • Tourism attraction tickets
  • Box Office solutions for venue ticketing, including stadiums, theatres and cinemas
  • (currently they serve 15 stadiums and one theatre LaPerle)
  • Marketing solutions for events
  • Cinema tickets aggregation

2. Key priorities:
  • Design a system of dashboards for tracking marketing and product metrics (or issuing TOR to contractors)
  • Keep an always up-to-date and understandable event tracking system for the website
  • Be able to develop and test hypotheses on what needs to be changed in order to
  • improve the key marketing and product metrics, and then work out clear recommendations and implement them together with the marketing and tech team in the most efficient way possiblу
  • Have a clear understanding of the effectiveness of each digital communication channel and traffic source

3. Responsibilities:
Marketing analytics:
  • Analyze the focus - which channels to scale and which conversions to increase as we know users' clusters, cohorts, channels conversions, activation, churn, referral, and monetization.

Hypotheses:
  • Launch, support, analyze and report marketing and product hypotheses.
  • Reports:
  • Develop grandma-clear dashboards, and daily, weekly, and monthly present performances at analytical breakfasts.

Tracking Systems:
  • Ensure the seamless administration of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, encompassing tag implementation, configuration of triggers, examination of e-commerce setup, and handling of data layers.
  • You will work together with 2 other analysts on marketing/product tasks like pricing models building, event success prediction based on data from the streaming services and social networks, and recommendation models.

4. Requirements:
  • Proven work experience with similar tasks for at least 3 years
  • Experience in web analytics and traffic analysis. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is essential.
  • At least upper-intermediate level of English so you can create all dashboards and presentations in English and also present them in English
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Well-articulated and can discipline teammates to articulate their roles and OKRs
  • Do not tolerate lack of logic or mess, demand the highest standards for clear and MICE defines roles and OKRs
  • Experience in online/digital marketing, understanding of Performance Marketing principles, experience with Unit-economy metrics
  • Experience with Google Data Studio and/or MS PBI, Tableau, QlikView and building dashboards for the marketing team, management
  • Will be a plus:
  • Experience with advanced analytics systems (GA 360, MixPanel, Amplitude)
  • E-commerce experience preferred
