Trip Date: Saturday 18 Sailing Time: 1:00 PM Purchasing a ticket or confirming a reservation constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Participants must arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before sailing time. The boat will depart promptly at 1:00 PM without waiting for late arrivals.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable after booking confirmation, except in the event that the trip is canceled by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the trip schedule, route, or certain activities, or to postpone or cancel the trip due to weather or sea conditions, or any operational or security circumstances beyond control.

All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the trip crew.

The organizer has the right to exclude any person who violates these instructions without refunding the ticket value.

Participation in swimming, snorkeling, parasailing, and other sea activities is at the participant’s own responsibility.

The participant must disclose any health condition that may affect their safety.

All participants must bring their original national ID or present the digital ID through Absher or Tawakkalna upon request, and the ID must be valid.

The organizer bears no responsibility if a participant is denied boarding due to travel restrictions, service suspension, legal constraints, or an expired ID, and the participant is not entitled to a refund.

Bringing hazardous or prohibited materials, or any items that violate the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is strictly forbidden.

Participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings.

The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage.

The participant agrees to photography and videography during the trip, and Wave Wave reserves the right to use photos and videos for marketing and advertising purposes.

Reselling the ticket or transferring it to another person without prior approval from the organizer is prohibited.

All participants must respect public regulations, preserve facilities and the marine environment, and will be held responsible for any damages resulting from violations.

The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in a manner that ensures participant safety and high-quality trip management.
