By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket, you agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions stated herein. Entry to the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Ticket Purchase & Fees
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by the organizer.
Ticket prices may be subject to service fees, taxes, or additional platform charges.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within up to 14 business days, subject to the policies of the payment provider.
Event Changes & Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event, change event timings, artist lineup, performances, activities, venue layout, or any event-related services whenever deemed necessary for operational, technical, safety, security, or regulatory reasons.
Entry Requirements
All attendees may be required to present a valid ticket and government-issued identification upon request.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any person unable to verify their identity or ticket ownership.
Security Screening
All attendees agree to undergo security screening, including personal and bag inspections, before entering the venue.
Failure to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry without refund.
Right of Refusal
The organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the venue for security, operational, behavioral, safety, or regulatory reasons without refund or compensation.
No Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry is strictly prohibited.
Once a ticket holder or wristband holder exits the event venue through any designated exit point, the ticket and/or wristband shall be considered fully used and invalid for re-entry.
The organizer reserves the right to remove or cut the wristband upon exit.
Attendees who leave the venue for any reason will not be permitted to re-enter and will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or replacement ticket.
Gate Closing Policy
All entry gates will close at 12:00 AM (Midnight) or at any time determined by the organizer.
No entry will be permitted after gate closure regardless of ticket type or reason for delay.
Operational Capacity Management
The organizer reserves the right to temporarily suspend entry, close gates, or restrict access to the venue whenever necessary for crowd control, safety, security, or operational purposes.
Code of Conduct
Attendees must behave respectfully and comply with all venue rules, event policies, and instructions issued by event staff. Harassment, violence, disruptive behavior, misconduct, illegal activities, or behavior that may endanger others will result in immediate removal without refund.
Blacklist Policy
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any individual listed on its internal blacklist, regardless of possession of a valid ticket or wristband.
No refund or compensation shall be provided in such cases. Photography, Recording & Media Consent
The event may be photographed, filmed, live-streamed, or otherwise recorded by the organizer, authorized media representatives, partners, sponsors, and content creators.
By entering the venue, attendees grant the organizer unrestricted permission to use their image, likeness, voice, appearance, and recordings for promotional, marketing, advertising, commercial, and archival purposes without compensation.
Personal Photography
Personal photography and video recording for non-commercial use are permitted unless otherwise announced by the organizer. Professional cameras, broadcast equipment, commercial filming, drones, or professional recording equipment are prohibited without prior written approval.
Content Ownership
All photographs, videos, recordings, broadcasts, and media content produced at the event remain the exclusive property of the organizer and its authorized partners.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
* Face-covering masks, disguises, or any item that prevents identification of an attendee.
* Weapons, knives, sharp objects, hazardous materials, fireworks, lasers, flammable substances, or any item deemed dangerous by security personnel.
* Outside food and beverages.
* Professional cameras, broadcast equipment, commercial recording equipment, and drones without prior authorization.
The organizer reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items or deny entry without compensation.
Compliance with Staff Instructions
All attendees must immediately comply with instructions issued by organizers, supervisors, security personnel, venue management, and operational staff.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Personal Property
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal property.
Medical Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to attend the event.
The organizer shall not be responsible for any medical condition, illness, injury, or health-related incident occurring during the event except as required by applicable law.
Weather Conditions
For outdoor events, weather conditions may affect event operations, schedules,
performances, or certain event areas.
Such circumstances shall not entitle attendees to refunds unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, security concerns, public health emergencies, or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
Attendees enter and participate in the event at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, death, accident, or claim arising from attendee actions, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
Commercial Activities
No commercial activity, promotion, solicitation, vending, marketing, distribution of materials, or unauthorized sales may take place within the venue without prior written approval from the organizer.
Final Acceptance
The purchase, possession, use of a ticket, or attempt to enter the event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
