• Respect for all attendees, organizers, and staff is essential. Any offensive, hostile, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.  
• The event management reserves the right to remove or expel any person immediately for violating the terms and conditions or instructions without refunding the ticket price.  
• Bringing prohibited materials or any items that may pose a risk to public safety is prohibited.  
• Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas, if available.   
• Tampering with property or equipment is prohibited. Violators will be held fully legally and financially responsible for any damages.  
• Compliance with security and organizational instructions at all times is essential.
• The event organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.  
• Attendance constitutes full and final acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated above.

2. Buy tickets:

• Tickets may be subject to additional fees, taxes or fees.

• No refunds are allowed.

• Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

• Committing violations or inappropriate behaviour at previous events.  
• Causing organisational problems or damage to the brand. 
• Tampering with or misusing tickets.  
• Violating security regulations or instructions within the event. 

• All attendees attend at their own risk.  
• The organizer accepts no responsibility for injuries, losses, theft, or deaths occurring within the event venue.
• In the event of a death or emergency incident at the event venue, the situation will be handled immediately by the relevant security and emergency services.
• The organizer is not responsible for any legal or financial consequences arising from such an event.  
• Lost or Stolen Tickets: Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

• The organiser is not liable for cancellations or postponements due to circumstances beyond its control (such as natural disasters, security crises, pandemics, or government decisions).  
• Attendees will be notified of any available alternative arrangements or refunds.  

• The organiser reserves the right to modify the venue or seating arrangements for operational or security reasons.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including driving along King Abdul Aziz Road, continuing through several roundabouts, following Obhur Road, proceeding onto Obhur Branch, and reaching Prince Abdullah AlFaisal Street before making a U-turn. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
