By purchasing, holding, transferring or using a ticket, or entering the venue, the attendee agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. ENTRY POLICY The Container applies a strict entry, security, ticket-category, dress-code, public-decency and conduct policy. Purchasing or holding a ticket does not guarantee entry. Admission is subject to ticket validity, the age requirement, security screening, venue capacity, the last-entry deadline, the correct ticket category, appropriate clothing and behaviour, and compliance with staff and security instructions. The organiser, venue management and authorised security personnel may refuse entry or remove any attendee for legal, regulatory, safety, security, capacity, operational, ticketing, public-decency or conduct-related reasons. AGE REQUIREMENT Entry is strictly limited to attendees aged 18 or over. Anyone reasonably believed not to meet the age requirement may be refused entry without a refund, exchange, credit or compensation, except where required by law. LAST ENTRY Last entry is strictly at 12:30 AM. No entry will be permitted after this time, regardless of traffic, queues, transportation delays, ticket category or personal circumstances. Attendees must arrive early enough to complete ticket validation and security screening before the deadline. Arriving at the venue or joining the queue shortly before 12:30 AM does not guarantee entry. Late arrival does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, exchange, credit or compensation, except where required by law. TICKETS AND ACCESS Tickets must be valid and purchased through the official ticketing platform or another channel authorised by The Container. Invalid, copied, duplicated, altered, cancelled, previously scanned, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised resale tickets may be rejected or cancelled. Each ticket permits access only to the category and areas stated on the ticket. Unauthorised entry into VIP, backstage, artist, production, staff or restricted areas is prohibited. Wristbands, passes and access credentials must remain worn or displayed throughout the event. Removed, transferred, damaged, altered or duplicated credentials may be invalidated. Ticket upgrades, VIP tables and private boxes are subject to availability, payment and written approval from The Container. COUPLE-TICKET REQUIREMENTS A couple ticket is valid only for one male guest and one female guest arriving and entering together. A couple ticket cannot be used by one person alone, divided into separate entries, used at different times or used by two male guests. If two male guests attend using a couple ticket, entry will be refused to both guests. If either guest is absent, late, refused entry or fails to comply with these Terms, the other guest may not enter alone using the couple ticket. Non-compliance with the couple-ticket requirements does not entitle the purchaser or either guest to a refund, exchange, credit, ticketcategory change or compensation, except where required by law. SECURITY AND PROHIBITED ITEMS All attendees and their belongings may be subject to security screening before entry and while inside the venue. Refusal to cooperate may result in refusal of entry or immediate removal. Illegal drugs, controlled substances and any substance prohibited under Saudi Arabian law are strictly forbidden. The Container applies a zero-tolerance policy. Weapons, firearms, ammunition, imitation weapons, knives, sharp objects, explosives, fireworks, flammable or hazardous materials, glass containers, outside food or beverages, drones, laser devices, professional recording equipment, large bags, luggage, offensive materials and any dangerous, illegal, disruptive or unauthorised items are prohibited. Security may confiscate, remove or require the disposal of prohibited items and may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities. The organiser is not responsible for storing or returning confiscated items.
DRESS CODE AND PUBLIC DECENCY All attendees must comply with the laws, regulations, customs and public-decency standards applicable in Saudi Arabia. Clothing must be appropriate, modest, non-transparent, non-offensive and not excessively revealing. Unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, offensive, provocative or inappropriate clothing, accessories, words, images or symbols are prohibited. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal without a refund, except where required by law. CONDUCT AND HARASSMENT Harassment, sexual harassment, unwanted physical contact, stalking, intimidation, threats, violence, fighting, verbal or physical abuse, discriminatory conduct, deliberate property damage, unauthorised restricted-area access and interference with staff, security or emergency personnel are strictly prohibited. Anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, offensive or unlawful conduct may be refused entry, removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities without a refund, exchange, credit or compensation. Attendees who experience or witness harassment or unsafe conduct should immediately report it to the nearest staff or security representative. RE-ENTRY Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue unless expressly approved by venue management. Leaving the venue voluntarily does not create any right to re-enter or receive a refund, exchange, credit or compensation. ARTISTS AND PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE The advertised lineup, performance order, timings and performance durations are subject to change. The organiser does not guarantee that any artist will perform at a particular time or for a particular duration. Artist delays, replacements, withdrawals, shortened performances or cancellations do not automatically constitute cancellation of the event or create an automatic right to a refund if the event proceeds. REFUNDS All ticket sales are final unless a refund, exchange or cancellation right is required by law or expressly announced by the organiser. Refunds are not normally provided for non-attendance, lateness, traffic, transportation or travel issues, failure to meet the age requirement, invalid or incorrect tickets, misuse of a couple ticket, prohibited items or substances, dress-code violations, misconduct, removal from the venue, voluntary departure, lineup or schedule changes, or dissatisfaction with the attendee’s location, view or personal experience. Any approved refund will be processed through the original authorised ticketing platform and original payment method. Booking, service, processing and delivery fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law. EVENT CHANGES AND FORCE MAJEURE The organiser may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, suspend, shorten or modify the event due to government or regulatory instructions, public-health or safety concerns, security threats, severe weather, venue or infrastructure failure, technical or production failure, transport disruption, artist illness or travel disruption, national emergencies, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, flooding, natural disasters, labour disruption, force majeure or circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control. Tickets will normally remain valid for a replacement date or venue. Postponement, rescheduling, relocation, suspension or modification does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund. If the event is officially cancelled without a replacement date, eligible refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the official ticketing platform’s procedures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for transportation, accommodation, parking, hospitality, personal arrangements, loss of income or other expenses resulting from an event change or cancellation. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING Photography, filming, audio recording, broadcasting and livestreaming may take place throughout the venue. By entering, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photographs, recordings, broadcasts, promotional materials, security footage or archival content. Professional or commercial photography, filming, broadcasting, livestreaming or content production requires prior authorisation.
HEALTH AND SAFETY The event may include loud music, amplified sound, low frequencies, flashing or strobe lighting, lasers, smoke, fog and other special effects. Attendees are responsible for considering any relevant medical conditions and taking appropriate precautions before attending. Emergency exits, routes, barriers and safety equipment must not be blocked, moved, damaged or interfered with. PERSONAL PROPERTY AND LIABILITY Attendees remain responsible for their personal belongings and may be held responsible for damage they cause to the venue, equipment, installations or another person’s property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser, venue, artists, employees, contractors, partners and ticketing platform are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged belongings, indirect losses, personal expenses or loss of opportunity resulting from attendance, non-attendance, refusal of entry, removal, event changes or lineup changes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. APPLICABLE LAW The organiser may update these Terms when reasonably required for legal, regulatory, operational, security or safety reasons. Updated Terms may be published through the official ticketing page, event page or The Container’s official channels. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts of Saudi Arabia
