1. Ticket Purchase
Ticket prices may include additional fees and taxes as shown at the time of purchase.

2. Ticket Inclusions
The ticket includes an Iftar or Suhoor dining experience.
An international buffet and a selection of beverages are included in the ticket price.

3. Additional Charges
Any items consumed outside the designated Iftar or Suhoor offerings may be subject to additional charges.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy
Tickets are non-refundable after purchase and are transferable.
If the event has started and is then stopped due to weather conditions or an emergency, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule or cancel the event at any time.
In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified according to the approved refund policy.

6. Entry Requirements
Visitors may be required to present official identification or proof of ticket purchase upon entry.

7. Code of Conduct
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
Management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the venue.

8. Lost or Stolen Tickets
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

9. Parking
Parking spaces are available for visitors.
The hotel disclaims all responsibility for any incidents or damages related to visitors’ vehicles, inside or outside the parking areas.
