• The permitted age for entry is above 2 years old.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry and deny refunds to anyone not adhering to public decency in
  behavior or dress.
  They also reserve the right to alter the event schedule or cancel the event.
• In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be issued in accordance with the refund policy.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• One-time entry to the event. 
     

• By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.    

• Tickets are valid only on the specified date and cannot be reused or exchanged.
• One ticket admits one person only.
• All sales are final — no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
• Prices may include applicable taxes or service fees.
• The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.  

• Tickets are non-refundable except in case of full event cancellation by the organiser.
• If cancelled, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
• The organiser reserves the right to modify or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.    

• Entry is allowed only once through the main gate.
• The event is suitable for all ages.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to public decency, behaviour, or dress code.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry after the show starts — no re-entry permitted.    

• Ticket resale or transfer is strictly prohibited.
• Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers will be invalid, and entry will be declined without refund.    

• Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests.
• Zero tolerance for harassment, violence, or illegal activities.
• Venue rules must be followed at all times.
• Organisers may remove anyone violating these terms without a refund.
• Attendees assume all risks related to injury, property loss, or theft.    

• No weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, or professional recording equipment are allowed.
• Bags may be searched at entry.    

• By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed.
• The organiser reserves the right to use such photos or videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.
• Personal photography and videos are allowed for non-commercial use only.    

• The organiser is not liable for cancellations or modifications caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.  

• Attendance is at your own risk. The organiser and venue accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages sustained during the event.

By car:  There are many ways to reach your destination including heading north on King Abdul Aziz Road, continuing onto King Abdulaziz Branch Road, following Prince Faisal Ibn Fahd, and turning onto Al Kurnaysh Branch Road. GPS navigation is highly advised.
