• Participants must be 25 years of age or older on the day of the event.
• A valid KSA driving license must be presented at registration.
• Only registered participants are allowed to take part in the drive experience.
• No passengers are permitted in the vehicles during the drive.
• BMW reserves the right to deny participation if any safety or eligibility requirements are not met.
• Participants must attend the mandatory safety briefing prior to the drive.
• The event will be conducted in a controlled and supervised environment; all instructions from BMW instructors must be followed.
• BMW and the organizers are not responsible for personal items that are lost or damaged during the event.
• All drivers must arrive at the garage pit at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session to complete registration and attend the mandatory safety briefing.
• The drive experience will begin promptly.
• Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate, as the safety briefing cannot be repeated.
• For safety reasons, flip-flops, open-toe footwear, and traditional attire are not allowed, as they may interfere with the driving experience.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading north on King Abdul Aziz Road, staying on it with a sharp left, exiting onto King Abdulaziz Branch Road, turning right toward Prince Faisal Ibn Fahd, then driving along Al Khalifah Al Mahdi and Al Shati Street (شارع الشاطئ) before turning left toward your final stop on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.
