Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Ticket Purchase:

Tickets must be purchased only through official channels, including Platinumlist or the Organizer.

Any tickets obtained through unofficial channels may be deemed invalid.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, artists, or venue when necessary.

In the event that the event is fully cancelled, ticket holders will be informed of the refund process in accordance with the Organizer’s policy.

Ticket Transferability:

Tickets are transferable, provided they have not been used before and the ticket holder is not listed on the Blacklist.

Entry Requirements:

Entry is permitted only for individuals aged 18 and above.

Guests may be required to present a valid ID and/or proof of purchase upon entry.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event venue.

Entry is allowed only through the official gates.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person wearing inappropriate attire or behaving in an unacceptable manner.

Conduct & Discipline:

All guests must maintain appropriate conduct and follow the instructions of security personnel and event organizers.

Aggressive, disruptive, or harmful behavior toward others is strictly prohibited.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person who violates these instructions without refund.

Dress Code:

All guests are required to wear attire that complies with public decency standards and the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to any person wearing inappropriate, revealing, excessively extravagant, or otherwise unsuitable clothing for the nature of the event, without any obligation to refund the ticket price.

Blacklist:

Any person listed on the blacklist of Galu Beach Resort management or Octania Company will be denied entry to the event, even if they hold a valid ticket.

Liability & Waiver:

Guests enter and attend the event at their own risk.

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages occurring inside the event venue.

By purchasing a ticket, guests waive any legal claims against the Organizer or its partners.

Security & Inspection:

All guests are subject to security checks upon entry.

Prohibited items, including weapons, illegal substances, sharp objects, laser devices, and similar items, are strictly forbidden.

Photography & Media:

The event may be photographed or recorded for media and marketing purposes.

By entering the event, guests consent to appearing in photos or videos without any financial claim.

Force Majeure:

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, governmental decisions, or natural disasters.

Exit & Re-entry Policy:

Guests are not permitted to leave the event area and re-enter using the same ticket or wristband.

Leaving the venue will be considered final use of the ticket.

Compliance with Laws:

All guests must comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any violation of the law may result in ticket cancellation and immediate removal from the event.

Organizer’s Rights:

The Organizer reserves the full right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The version published on the event page on Platinumlist shall be the official and binding reference.
