1. Tickets are non-refundable

All tickets sold are non-refundable or non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
The resale or transfer of tickets is prohibited without prior permission from the organizer.

2. Commitment to time and closing of gates

Attendance must be on time, as the doors will be closed at 12:00 am, and entry will not be permitted after this time at all.

3. Commitment to dress code and general behavior

Modest dress must be adhered to in accordance with dress code in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It is prohibited to wear inappropriate clothing or clothing that contains offensive slogans or phrases in any way.
It is prohibited to engage in any indecent or immoral behavior.

4. Prohibition of photography and use of phones

It is strictly prohibited to take photos, videos or broadcast live inside the event.
Phone cameras will be covered upon entry, and any violation may result in the confiscation of the phone until the end of the event.
Strict legal action will be taken against violators, including expulsion from the event without refunding the ticket.

5. Strict rules against any unruly behavior

It is prohibited to cause riots, jostling, assaulting others, or causing any chaos within the event.
Any offensive or aggressive behavior towards any other person will be dealt with firmly, and may lead to immediate expulsion from the event without refunding the ticket, in addition to taking appropriate legal action.
Each person bears full responsibility for his actions and deeds towards himself and others, and the organizer will not bear any responsibility for personal violations.

6. Security inspection and prohibited items

Security authorities have the right to search bags and personal belongings upon entry.
It is prohibited to bring any prohibited items such as alcoholic beverages, sharp materials, or any tool that may pose a danger to others.

7. Smoking ban

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the event and must adhere to the designated areas, if any.

8. Commitment to calm and respect

All attendees must be respected, and the use of profanity or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
Loud talking or any behavior that causes disturbance to others is prohibited.

Purchasing the ticket and attending the event means full acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned above, and any violation may lead to strict legal action without any exception

9. Lost or stolen tickets:

The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

10. Force Majeure:

The organizer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event.
In such cases, the event organizers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Changing seats or location:

Event management reserves the right to make changes to seating arrangements or venue layout.
Attendees will be informed of important changes in advance.

12. Compliance with laws:

Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

By car: To reach your destination, head northwest on Al Hamraa. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Al Kurnaysh Br Rd. Continue on Al Kurnaysh Br Rd. by taking the 2nd exit at the next roundabout. Then, turn right, followed by another right turn. Your destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by using a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
