• Every attendee must hold a valid ticket for entry (adults and children aged 5 years and above).
• Children under the age of 5 are admitted free of charge.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Ticket reselling is strictly prohibited on any platform other than Platinumlist.
• In case of event cancellation, postponement, or date change by the organiser, ticket refunds will be processed in accordance with Platinumlist’s policy.
• People with disabilities are allowed free entry upon presenting a valid official disability card.
• Ticket holders are solely responsible for checking the event date, time, location, and age restrictions prior to attendance. Early arrival is mandatory. Late entry may be denied without any refund or compensation.
• Re-entry is not permitted once the attendee exits the venue.
• All attendees and their belongings may be subject to security screening upon entry. Prohibited or dangerous items will be confiscated.
• Any item deemed a security risk or disruptive to the event by the organizer or security personnel may be confiscated.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food trucks and restaurants will be available on-site.
• Animals are not allowed inside the venue.
• Professional cameras, video recording equipment, and drones are prohibited without prior authorization.
• By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or audio-recorded, and grant permission for the use of such content for promotional and marketing purposes across all media platforms.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the venue, including e-cigarettes, except in designated smoking areas.
• The organizer accepts no liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings occurring during the event.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of these terms.
• All attendees must adhere to public decency rules in accordance with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

By car:There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading north on Prince Faisal Ibn Fahd Road, continuing along Prince Faisal Ibn Fahd Street, following Corniche Road, making a U-turn at Assalam Street, and then turning right with the destination appearing on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.
